New Valuation Panel for Blemain Finance and Cheshire Mortgage Corporation

We have recently undertaken a review of our Valuation Panels for both Blemain Finance and Cheshire Mortgage Corporation.

Each surveyor on our panel has been approved to cover specific postcode areas, and certain companies have been highlighted as preferred surveyors. We believe that these companies will provide all parties with a high quality service and will produce comprehensive Valuation Reports. We are confident that by working in partnership with our selected surveyors we can streamline our processes and reduce the requirement for audit valuations and referrals to third parties.

We will require all Valuation Reports instructed after Tuesday 26th May to be produced on Blemain Finance / Cheshire Mortgage Corporation Valuation Reports.

The new Valuation Panel is available to brokers from their Business Development Executive.
